Clinical Account Manager

Quality Surgical Management has more than 30 years of providing quality and excellence in bedside and clinical wound care management and our family of medical providers is growing. We are currently looking for a Clinical Account Manager (CAM) to join our expanding team.

Our Clinical Account Managers serve as facility liaisons between the QSM provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA) and the facility leadership to recommend service enhancements, improve customer satisfaction and utilization, as well working with our clinical leadership and education department to enhance our services and partnerships within their territories.

This is a road warrior position as it requires driving, and overnight stays at hotels, with the potential for air travel. This is an in-person role, with administrative duties.

Essential Skills

· Excellent Customer Service and communication

· Valid drivers license

· Understanding of the importance of proper documentation and standard of care practices

· Must have reliable transportation for long-distance travel

· Must attend all required meetings and corporate conferences each year (travel may be required).

· Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

· Must be able to communicate orally and in writing

· Must be proficient in English (written and verbal communication)

· Must be able to push/pull/carry equipment

· Must be available/reachable by cell phone during working hours

· Working hours are variable based on the needs of assignment to meet client needs/requests

· Must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment

· Must be able to delegate tasks, provide clear instructions/recommendations and collaborate with other professionals


Preferred Skills

· Wound care experience is a plus but not required

· Part B treatment supply knowledge a plus

· Proficient in Microsoft 365

· LPN/RN licensure


Salary

· Base salary plus bonus structure.

Internal Expectations.

· Cultivate relationships with key facility leadership (Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Unit Managers, and treatment nurses) within contracted territory facilities.

· Partner with the facility’s Part B dressing supply company to maximize QSM clinical efficacy while maintaining established product formulary

· Communicate, establish, and implement successful collaboration with respective regional managers regarding clinical issues that need to be addressed in each facility.

· Coordinate and facilitate successful pre-kickoff implementation of QSM services with respective territory managers and facility wound teams

· Serves as a resource to the facilities regarding QSM wound services, IT advancements, and clinical programs.

· Coordinate and assist provider coverage changes with the facility and QSM scheduling department

· Ensure that all client needs are met with a high degree of quality


Accountabilities

· Increase patient engagement with program utilization review

· Build & maintain long-term value-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders to further business and retain the loyalty

· Collaborate with QSM internal departments (Clinical, IT, and corporate office) to effectively support customer’s needs as well as introduce new opportunities

· Accurately track and update all facility information and activities (appointments, calls, meetings, notes, etc.) in Pipedrive CRM and keep current by updating account information regularly

· Represent the company at trade shows, conferences & other meetings as needed

· Attend QSM national conference held yearly over a set weekend

· Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to comply with respective customer policies, work in a highly regulated environment, and maintain confidential information and data

· Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines outlined in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

· Complete field visits on all assigned territory facilities 3 times a year and partner with territory managers as well as regional clinical managers for a team approach to address and resolve any issues or necessary program education
